You will have the opportunity to practice yoga in an inclusive and welcoming environment with some of the best yoga instructors in the area. You will also have the ability to receive counseling and mental health services, if you wish.

At Dream Yoga and Wellness, you will have access to locker rooms equipped with showers and infrared saunas. We will offer supervised childcare services to allow you flexibility in your schedules in order to prioritize your health. We will host member events throughout the year, challenges, workshops, youth and family events, and more! From the moment you enter, you will feel a part of the Dream Yoga and Wellness family.
